Frequently
Asked Questions
What should I do if I'm not
sure what kind of logo I want?
You are not alone. Many of our
clients are unsure of what they want or need. Give us as much
information as you can about what you like on the questionnaire. Or,
you can tell us "to go for it" and we're happy to do that, too.
Do you guarantee your logo design
work?
We want our clients to be
completely satisfied, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What that means is we will continue to revise your logo design until
you receive exactly what you want (most packages) at no extra charge!
What are the differences
between your
logo packages?
The CGD Basic package offers
the quickest turnaround and is just right if you're looking for a logo
for Web use. If you need a black and white version, color variants,
etc... and want more
design concepts, choose the CGD Advanced or CGD Pro package. All
packages can have add on services applied to them which includes
options such as stationary design (business cards and letterhead),
Internet advertising banner design and basic animated logos.
How many designs will you send
me to choose from?
It depends on the package you
choose. You will get 3 unique concepts with the CGD Basic package, 5
with the CGD Advanced and 8 with CGD. Each
design concept includes a minimum of 3 variations.
Are there extra fees for extra
colors or other details?
No. You can choose how many
colors or special effects you want in your logo. Revisions are
always at no cost to you. Regarding colors, you can find desired color(s)
here,
and write its code when you order. Print shops may charge
extra for gradient or multi-colored logos over basic 1-3 color
designs so please keep this in mind when ordering.
When will I receive the first
draft of my
logo designs?
It depends on the package you
choose.
CGD Basic: 3 working days
CGD Advanced: 3 working days
CGD Pro: 5 working days
Other Packages: please email us.
How will you deliver my new
logo?
We will email you your logo
master file which may include .eps and .ai file formats as well as
jpeg and .gif files and other formats depending on the package that
you order. When file sizes are too large for some email and
service providers, a download site will be set up and you will be
sent a link to download your files. .eps and .ai file formats
are easily viewable with any graphics program ( ACDSee®, CorelDRAW®, Adobe
Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®,...).
Can I use my new logo on my website?
Where else can I use my logo?
We will send you computer
files in different file formats (e.g. .eps, .ai, .jpg, .gif),
so you can use your logo on a Mac or PC, and with commonly available
software for those platforms. You will be able to use your logo in
desktop publishing, on Web sites and in designing any print
materials. You can use your logo on just about anything with the
file formats we send you - on mouse
pads, coffee cups, sticky notes, tote bags, pens, t-shirts,
automobiles and billboards.
Why are other logo designs
offered at $99, $79, or less?
Some logo designers use
recycled designs, clip art, or get inspiration from existing
designs. At Crisp Graphic Design, we create a unique, memorable logo for
every customer based on your input and exacting needs. Plus, we include unlimited revisions
on most packages as well as color variations and other logo design
alternatives, often at no extra charge. We think you'll be happy
with the service we provide and the results.
What happens if I need to
cancel an order you've already started on?
I live in a different country.
Can I order a logo from you?
Your location is no problem at
all! That's the beauty of the Internet! We have designed logos for companies across the world including USA, Canada, UK,
Sweden, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Hungary, Brazil, Japan, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand,
Singapore, Malaysia, China and more. The Internet enables us to work with clients
in almost any country. And we accept all forms of currency using our
third party money transfer service (i.e. PayPal).
Who owns the copyright to my
logo?
You own your logo copyright.
We just retain the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and
advertising materials.
